Dear Mrs. Romney: Victimhood isn't a good look..

My problem with Mitt and Ann, isn't that they're rich or she stayed at home. It's that both support policies that will cause hardship to the poor and disadvantage. Both support policies that would allow the government to have a say in whether or not you marry someone of the same sex or carry a fetus to term.

I'd like to tell Ann to go out there and tout her hubby's and the GOP's record on women's issues... Oh, that's right, she's trying to get him elected.  I doubt she wants to go there. After all they voted against the "Fair Pay Act,"  "The Violence Against Women Act", and were in favor of The Blunt / Rubio Amendment": which would make it legal for your boss to fire you, if you used birth control pills.

There's a reason why President Obama is leading among independent women. We are voting based on policies. The side shows and she said, she said.. isn't going to work.  Mitt supported invasive procedures and doing away with an organization that has primarily been beneficial to women. There seems to be a huge disconnect between   Repubs  and the average Jane/Joe. Repubs can't understand that unplanned pregnancies occur for a number of reasons. That woman who find themselves in such a predicament would like to decide how to precede without the interference of the government or religious leaders.

Repubs also fail to realize that President Obama has shown nothing but respect for women by passing legislation that has been beneficial to them and their families.. "The Fair Pay Act" among other things.

He was raised by a single mom and understands their struggles. Both he and the First lady have spoken out against Rosen's comments. His camp has also called for Rosen to apologize. There isn't anything else he can do. I'm judging him by his record on women's issues and I'm doing the same with Romney. In the end we all know who has been more supportive of women, whether they're working or staying at home.

Mitt faced a lot of criticism for leaving his dog on top of his car for 12 hours, his wife was in car too. How many wives wouldn't have made their hubby's put their beloved pet inside of the car? That story shows a lack of compassion by both Ann and Mitt.

Ann is like many within the GOP, they can't understand that being a single , poor stay at home mom is much harder than being a rich married stay at home mom, with a financially secure future. Perhaps, that's why the repubs and Ann don't have a problem supporting Ryan's budget, which would make life even more difficult for those poor stay at home moms.

The GOP would like to force poor women to carry a fetus to term, and deny them access to free birth control. Then they complain if those same poor women, stay home and collect benefits to take care of the babies they were forced to have.

It's actually nice to see repubs defending stay at home moms, now if they could just pass and support some legislation that would not only be beneficial to working moms, stay at home moms, but working dads too. Also if they could get out of our wombs and bedrooms, we'll be good to go.

Ladies, keep your eyes on the prize. Think Supreme Court nominees and forced probes. Obama/ Biden 2012!
